1. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and bonus funds forfeited. Real-money balances will be refunded at f7777's discretion after investigation.

4. Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f7777 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification. 5.4 Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, f7777 is entitled to correct that error. You agree not to use funds credited in error and to return any such amounts upon request. Use of erroneously credited funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All f7777 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its release. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

If a game malfunction occurs — including display errors, incorrect odds posted, or system faults — f7777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. The return of stakes is the sole remedy available in the event of a verified game malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the f7777 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for personal gain.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing f7777 staff or other platform users.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or PAGCOR compliance requirements using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the f7777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and visual elements — is the intellectual property of f7777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use f7777's intellectual property outside of your personal use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any f7777 content without the prior written consent of f7777. Unauthorized use of f7777's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, f7777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, unauthorized account access, or service interruptions.

f7777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits f7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

f7777 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. The platform is provided "as is" subject to maintenance, updates, and the inherent unpredictability of internet-based services.

12. Privacy & Data

By creating an f7777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. f7777 processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the requirements of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your f7777 account, or any transaction on the platform shall first be submitted to f7777's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution process.

Should formal legal proceedings become necessary, you agree that such proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
